"The hotel was beautiful! Great decor and ambiance. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was amazing in all restaurants including the buffet. Shot out to the entertainment crew for always keeping us entertained in the pool and also with the evening shows. The gentleman in the bellhop Cristian and Enrique were awesome throughout our entire stay. Always greeting us and making great suggestions!!"

"This resort offers a quiet vacation environment. The pool area includes a shallow section suitable for sitting in the water, and there are many pool loungers on the pool ledge. However, it may be challenging to find a pool chair after 10am. The spa is well-maintained, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Specific staff members, including Alfredo, Gricelda, and Lupe, provided attentive service. Although the staff are very helpful, the smaller size of the resort means that food options are limited. Those with simple eating preferences might find themselves eating the same meals daily. Despite this, the restaurant staff are wonderful and the food quality is good. The buffet provides a variety of options, and the sports bar stands out for its excellent service. The bar features multiple screens showing NHL and NBA playoffs, and the food is delicious. Alfredo, our butler and concierge, greatly enhanced our stay. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to ensuring all our needs were met was exceptional. "
