"It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal"

"Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the...

"Tiene una excelente ubicacion. Todo queda cerca, cebtro comercial, lugares para comer y sobre todo la playa."

"The property is very well located in Puerto Morelos with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Daily cleaning for additional charges, but they offer new towels if you’re available at the time. Internet was not working during my 4 days stay."

"Vista muy linda"

"Clean place, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was that we had one set of keys for 2 people and that was a bit limiting at times…"

"The only thing is they close the pool at 7. Is tooooo early"

"The people that were working were nice but it seemed like certain workers didn’t know certain things we came for a 25 year wedding anniversary and also me and my wife birthday weekend the property is nice the pool the beach and my favorite was the Ro Marley restaurant I was upset when I made reservations for a certain day just to be told that the restaurant wasn’t open when I had called and made reservations and told them that we’re there celebrating birthday. There was supposed to be some type...

"Habitación muy limpia, el lugar muy lindo y tranquilo."

"Came for 2 nights but stayed for 2 weeks. Huge room, great hot shower, big smart TV, nice pool, and quiet at night. Will come back here for sure but Expedia price is a bit high compared to other websites. Check the prices."

"Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌"

"Our check in experience was worst.. We paid an upgrade then they send us to platinum club.. Repeat everything same told to me at check in.. calls in a collegue who explains about investment and to book an appointment. Guest coming after travel should not be welcomed like this.. no drinks were offered not even water.. Spa is redicolous my wife and daugther went for nails aftwr 10-15 mins we were told none service is available( for nails and hairs).. Our buttlwr assigned Celine and Alberto were...

"On arrival I found the beach to be ankle deep in foul smelling seaweed. The pool was a construction zone with a film of cement dust covering all the pool chairs and the water. It was completely unusable. No attempt had been made by the hotel to inform me about this in advance. After numerous discussions with the reception staff eventually they moved me to another much better property of their 20.minutes walk from the downtown. I suggested they clean the seaweed themselves but they said it was...

"It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown."

"This place could really be something! The location is amazing, the deck, small pool and views from both are pretty good. However, the place is not that clean. We had some ants in our room, in the kitchen area and near the bed too which was a bit of a concern. It was not infested by any means but they could use a bug spray so we don’t have to worry about our food on the counter top or bugs in the bed. There was dust on everything and I mean clumps, I’m not that particular but omg my allergies. No...

"Clean room, nice staff, kid friendly, family friendly. Irving was extremely attentive and helpful to us all!"
