"This was a beautiful property and the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. The pool was my favorite part and we had such a beautiful view of it from our room. We went during sargassum season so the beaches weren’t usable and there was a strong bay smell on some days but the rest of the resort was so beautiful you didn’t even need the beach! I would definitely come back."

"This property is beautifully designed. Employees are very friendly and helpful - all of them. They work really hard to give you the perfect stay. The restaurants are amazing and the presentation of dishes are stellar. They have many activities planned throughout the day. There is always something to do. The shows at night are very entertaining, and well planned. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. "

"Ok, this is not the place to go if you are a big partier and expect a lot of entertainment. It’s pretty quiet and calm which is exactly what I wanted. The gardens are lovely. The facilities are clean and the staff is accommodating. The buffet is pretty good for all inclusive. To be honest, I am not a fan of AI due to quality of food and drinks. I only got to try"

"Staff was extremely friendly, made you feel at home. The resort was gorgeous! Beach as closed, but Ivan and Julian did amazing at helping us plan excursions. Angel greeted us with a big smile and was so sweet! The check in/out was easy. The entire staff was 5/5 stars. Food was also delicious, staff made sure to keep everything super clean everywhere! "
