"Great location, good pool and excellent breakfast. Room layout isn't most efficient with a lot of wasted space making the living room cluttered and bedroom small. A few of the staff are good otherwise lack 'wow' feel in the customer service."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The service was very poor, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel where calling Room Service or Housekeeping results in no answer. Even when contacting Reception, I was simply told to call them directly, which was frustrating and not helpful at all. Also, if you are given a room facing the main highway, be prepared for significant traffic noise, which can be disturbing, especially at night. The check-in and...

"The food and drink was first class, plenty variety of food at the buffet restaurant and the Italian,Lebanese and Thai restaurants were out of this world, pools were very busy and the swim up bar was excellent and always plenty alcohol to choose from.the hotel entertainment at night was shocking for the size of hotel, not much variety and pretty boring to be honest, hotel is to far away from Dubai city centre but taxi was about £15-£20 which isn’t much, last thing, the Russian people that were there...

"It is a perfect stay for a night while you have a long connection at the airport! The shuttle to the airport works perfectly and they have a good breakfast!"

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Taj Exotica at The Palm was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stayed here with our baby and everything was so comfortable, easy and family-friendly. The entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. I honestly don’t want to mention just one staff member, because everyone did such an amazing job. The service, hospitality and attention to detail were truly outstanding. A beautiful hotel, a wonderful...

"كل شي في الفندق ممتاز جداً بس فيه ملاحظة ملصق اتجاه القبلة لا تعتمدون عليه تاكد من اتجاه القبله بنفسك لان الملصق اللي كان بغرفتي باتجاه مختلف عن القبله ."

"رائع جداً من خيث الغرفة او الخدمات المقدمة تجربة استثنائية "

"Unfortunately my stay at the hotel wasn’t pleasant. Upon checking in I noted the bathroom sink was blocked and there was hardly any hot water in the tap. There was no hand towel. Towels were worn out and threadbare. The kettle didn’t work. It was extremely late and I had a long flight. All I wanted to do was unpack and sleep. Hence I requested to move to another room. In the new room the fridge was broken. Yet again I had to complain and they provided me with a replacement. In the morning upon...
