"It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement"

It was the other hotel shuttle kindly took me because he had returned twice and saw me still waiting. Spoke to the front desk and said you should have called.
