We had an awesome time at One and Only, The Palm. The hotel is immaculate, absolutely beautiful and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention to our host Delly and the bell staff Faruk, Abdul and Rahul - these just name a few but all the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. What a beautiful and peaceful resort. It was a wonderful experience staying here. You will not find the service and friendliness of the staff anywhere else. The swimming pools are great! The breakfast is delicious. If you want peace and quiet and value for money, the One&Only is the right place for you. I would also like to thank Jalal and Abdul for their kindness and being so helpful.

In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. Required us to highlight the basiics! Hotel is nice, remaining staff is friendly, acessibilities with a baby stroller not terrific. . Buffet restaurant staff was brilliant. Such a pitty with so much potential. Beautiful location and rooms.
