Loved this place. Been to Mexico 6x since 2022, this is 2nd favorite. Staff is absolutely amazing. Black Horse the musical band by the pool was great. Casino night was great but needed English speaking dealers. Food was amazing. Preferred was worth it.

The staff was all amazing and so helpful and attentive! The preferred side could use a little makeover…it’s starting to show some age. Our room was musty smelling but because we were there for such a short time we didn’t want to waste time switching rooms so we dealt with it. The ocean was very bad smelling especially on the preferred side so we spent most of our time at the other pool which had a great vibe! We know the beach isn’t the greatest but it has never had that kind of smell. It was truly a great trip!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The food was better than we expected for an all-inclusive resort. Staff was wonderful, helpful and always polite but there were a few moments when they failed to follow through on some minor commitments. Much effort was put into cleanliness and safety at the resort. We were surprised and slightly disappointed in the wait time for restaurants when there was clearly many available tables. Made us wonder about under staffing. Terrible sargassum problem and smell - and the resort worked tirelessly to minimize the problem and did a great job. Overall, the resort was budget friendly and we highly recommend. You will get a good value for your money.

An Amazing Stay at Dreams Jade Resort! We had an amazing experience at Dreams Jade Resort! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service truly made our stay unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. A special thank you to Francisco at the Lobby Bar, José Rubén, Martín de la Cruz and Wilo at our romantic dinner, Javier at the Pool Bar, Jorge at the Sports Bar, and José, our waiter at Castaway. Great hotel, mature property absolutely stunning. The room was large but a bit dated we were in building 7, and it hadn’t been renovated yet. The food was just ok, nothing special. We found the buffet to lack options and the specialty restaurants were not good. However the pool and property were stunning and the drinks at the lobby bar were amazing!

Had a great time celebrating a friends wedding here! Service was amazing, in particular Edwin at the restaurant was fantastic! Food was pretty good but not amazing. Pool and poolside service was very good! Time to swim in the ocean due to seaweed but that’s also probably time of year dependent! Overall a great trip!

The resort was everything we intended for it to be. Staff was great and lots of entertainment and things to do. We traveled as a family with two kids. The drinks weren’t strong, only from the preferred member lounge with the premium liquor. Overall good food and trip.

Pros- I liked that everything was walking distance and close by. Food was decent. I liked that there seemed to always be something open where you can grab food. Drinks were ok. Very friendly staff. The buffet had good choices in regards to food. Cons- beach definitely not swimming condition due to all the seaweed. The Japanese and Chinese restaurant was closed 2 of 7 days. They weren't able to accommodate our group of 8 even though we requested reservations the minute we arrived on resort and stayed four days. It was off season and there was definitely not a large crowd so I'm not sure what they couldn't get us in. This was the only restaurant that required reservations. Service for dinner was pretty slow even though there were not a lot of people.
