Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive

"The resort is beautiful, with a majestic lobby, lush grounds and amazing wildlife — cats, raccoons, coatis and even crocodiles! I loved the different connected areas and pools. Our Privilege room was comfortable, with a lovely terrace and jacuzzi. The turndown service, Rituals products, Nespresso and stocked minibar were lovely touches. Privilege was definitely worth it. We loved the peaceful Privilege pool with no music, the AMAZING underwater loungers with massage jets, the beach, complimentary room service and Privilege lounge. I would have loved more variety and snacks throughout the day in the lounge. Food was okay but not memorable for the price. The staff truly made our stay. Yorsi at breakfast went above and beyond to accommodate my restrictive allergies, and Diego Jitzel at the Italian restaurant was wonderfully kind and attentive. And Alan, our butler, was the absolute highlight. Quiet, professional, discreet and incredibly caring, he constantly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we had an issue with the spa, he immediately took ownership and resolved it quickly and professionally. He was never intrusive, yet always there when needed. His discretion, energy and level of service were exceptional. Honestly, Alan has all the qualities to work in an even more luxurious hotel. He made us feel truly cared for and is a big reason we will remember this stay so fondly."

"My mom, daughter and I can’t say enough good things about this fabulous resort. We were so incredibly fortunate to have had the chance to return. ALL the staff (Fabian, Luis Pat, and Fernando to name a few) were attentive to our needs and so kind and friendly! It’s peaceful, quiet, and well maintained property is so relaxing. Oh and let’s not forget the exquisite culinary dishes served fresh every meal! I wish I would have met the chef! We would stay longer and come back frequently if we could! If you like the bigger resorts where you feel like herded cattle and eat cafeteria food that’s been sitting out (bread is stale), this is not the resort for you! We will always recommend BLUE DIAMOND to everyone!! Thanks for another wonderful 3 generations trip!"

"One of the most incredible stays of my life. The team, the beautiful wellness suite, the food, everything ! We could not have been happier and feel we have found our forever vacation spot !! Go to the Sieba dinner on Wednesdays or Saturdays ! What a fabulous experience."
