We had a wonderful family vacation at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Excellent food (especially Cocina de Autor, Frida, and Piaf) and beautiful property. We highly recommend spending time at the Zen pool - a really magical, relaxing spot. The staff were all really wonderful, friendly, and helpful. All 3 of our kids - ranging from age 4 to age 14 - had a great time. We would certainly come back again!!

World class at every level. The facility was incredible. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Grounds were perfectly manicured. Pools were immaculate. The restaurants were excellent. The food was very, very, very, high quality as were the cocktails (a lot of which were originals). We stayed in grand class and it was 100% worth it.
