"absolute trash!! what a waste of 8 days!! the two main things of all inclusive were terrible!! didn't have a good meal the whole time, steak house was a joke ordered the ribeye and it looked like slice ham damm near walked out!! drinks were horrendous!! there's a bottom shelf than there's house liquor which if you don't pay attention is what they give you!! after speeding almost $300 on "top shelf" liquor one waiter suggested I buy bottles which was cheap but had I know from the beginning I would have been doing that!! we complained about the kids making noise since they put us a couple in the kid friendly building they sent us to el best which is suspspoed to be adults only but the room was worst than the first one it smelled moldy and bed was horrific asked for smaller pillow since the large pillows were killing our necks even gave the dude a few dollars and nothing than the pillows started smelling like mold I've been to the grand moon palace and excellence and this place doesn't come close. room service food was bad as well and can only order once a day the mini bar is 4 sodas and two cans of beer just don't save yourself a headache it was so bad I told wife to pack so we can leave but she insisted on staying so we made the best of it and left the resort for dinner almost every night !!"

"No snack in the rooms such as (chips/candy bar) which was custom at majority of resorts I’ve been to, just soda water and beer… Also You have to go pretty far to get food if you are lounging at the pools. "

"I truly enjoyed my solo stay here for a couple days ocean view from the infinity pool is breathtaking! The room was beautiful the shower. Was amazing the aroma around the whole property smelled so good !! Enjoyed the full moon celebration they had one night with live music and they had a telescope for amazing views of the moon ! Everything was great expect not able to swim in the beach in front of hotel but if you went little further down you were able to. Food was okay Think it could have been better it is secluded so you really don’t have another option other then hotel food I did have a massage on property massage was amazing relax full it was done outside by Pedro he did a great job and I’ve had massages done all the time it’s hard to get a therapist that really knows what they are doing . Massage was expensive I think it’s the most expensive massage I’ve paid for to be honest . But overall came back to USA suggesting this hotel to all My co workers can’t wait to be back ! "

"The property was clean the staff where nice the food was great with good times and variety. I would stay here again. Many people who came who stayed this is a repeat stay, one couple saying this is the 5th time. The rooms where beautiful, and the staff where very attentive the pool was clean the beach was in seaweed season so not the property’s fault but the bar and the beach itself beautiful ! "

"This was our first resort ever, so nothing to compare to. But stayed for 6 nights with my 10 year old and we had a blast. The nightly shows were amazing. The buffet was ok. The water park was fun, but the hours felt really limited and even then they opened late and closed early. The beach was the biggest disappointment for us, just not what we hoped for. "
