"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The entire hotel was well-maintained and made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time in Mexico and had such a positive experience here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"Beautiful place and a lot to do. Be mindful of planning your stay around the resorts “down” season. You’ll see more maintenance and improvements around the resort but that did not ruin our stay there."

"Swim up room on the adults only side at El Beso was fantastic! The room was clean, and bucket decorated. This is a very well maintained resort. Buffet was phenomenal, with so many options, changing significantly daily. On site “reservation” restaraunts were delicious, with lots of options. The lower beachside restaraunt was being renovated, which would have been nice to know as we booked. It was very loud, and very disorganized at the beach, and beach pool. Did appreciate the satellite bar set up daily down there! Lots of wildlife at this resort! The staff was fantastic, the spa was nice. It’s a very clean, very well maintained resort. Has a discteque, live entertainment- and a bowling alley."

"Food wasnt great but decent. Room was excellent and most staff, not all staff. Lots of beach activities. Lots of wildlife that we loved. Hated the swim times, got yelled at for an after dinner swim.. rediculas."

"The service was excellent and the grounds cozy and marvelous. The villas are spacious and well equipped. The restaurants serve exquisite authentic meals as well as more common staples. The only thing that prevents me from awarding five stars is the location of the resort. It is nestled in between two larger and busier resorts. You can hear club music blasting until late in the evening. A lot of foot traffic on the small beach makes the experience feel less luxurious, less exclusive."
