"When we first arrived, I wasn't too impressed with the size or location of the property. Were use to larger, more name brand hotels. But we quickly realized that the size made a difference when it came to quality. The food was excellent, I would've liked a bit more variety but it was still great. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the bartenders. The restaurant staff always remembered where we liked to sit and what our drink orders were. The only complaint I would have is the washrooms are very dated and old fashioned. The shower drain needed cleaned out from all the hair in the drain. Yu could smell it. But the room itself was perfect. Loved it. The location was perfect if you like being around the local entertainment and shops. We walked for hours and felt completely safe. There isn't much of a beach for the property, but we took a short 2 min walk and the beach was beautiful and you could see all the way over to Cozumel. The sargassum was bad on day 2 but completely cleared on day 5."

"A lovely stay, the apartment was as listed. The pool was nice with plenty of sun loungers & there was sufficient shade. The private beach area was small but comfortable and the beach bar was very good for food & drinks, the staff in this section were extremely friendly & by far the best staff we interacted with. The section of beach & sea the private area looks into is not the best with a busy boat section just to the left. An easy 10 minute walk to 5th avenue and plants of restaurants."

"If you're looking for a beautiful apartment in the perfect location, look no further!**LOCATION:** The building sits on a quiet corner just a few blocks from the excitement of 5th Avenue, so you get the best of both worlds. There’s a 7-Eleven and pharmacy right across the street, which was super convenient—especially for grabbing water and ice—and a great pizza spot nearby for takeout.**BUILDING:** The building is amazing! There was always someone in the lobby to welcome us, help order cabs, and provide an overall sense of safety. The amenities are fantastic. The pool is stunning, with shaded areas and always plenty of lounge chairs. The beach club is so much fun, with really good food and wonderful staff who will even bring drinks right to you at the pool! The gym has great equipment, and the business center has plenty of comfortable seating and fast Wi-Fi.**PENTHOUSE:** The apartment itself is beautiful. The decor, furniture, and beds were all wonderful, and the two balconies were a favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The kitchen is very well equipped—we cooked plenty of meals during our stay and had everything we needed. We also loved having plenty of pool towels! The apartment manager was always attentive and quick to help whenever we had a question or needed anything.Overall, this was one of the best experiences we've had in a vacation rental. After spending four weeks here, it truly felt like home!"
