"The room we had was very basic. A bed, a desk, two night stands, tv, luggage stand, armour with a safe. The bath room was clean with a couple towels and basic toiletries. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. They only provide housekeeping every other day. "

"When we arrived for 5 nights, the receptionist said that they had no record of the booking from Expedia! I produced my hard copy of the reservation. We were able to stay for 2 nights only as the hotel was busy, and had to find another hotel for 3 nights. Unfortunately this is the second time that a reservation with Expedia in 6 months was not recognised by the hotel.
