"Amazing hotel I keeping coming back every year "

"The location is perfect for those that like to get out and explore! Walking distance to everything! The rooms were beautiful! Everything was clean and bigger than expected. The bathrooms were gorgeous. Staff were top notch! From all the servers, housekeepers and bartenders. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Nice variety. The rooftop area is stunning! The rooftop food was pretty good. The hot tubs were nice and clean. Plenty of chairs and seating. I read other reviews about how loud the bar was on the rooftop. I did not experience that I was right under it on the 4th level. You could hear it but not too loud and was never on too late. I read reviews about construction noise and that was also never an issue for us. The only thing I would change would be the pool. It was dirty. Not just like dirty from being on a rooftop (which I get) sides of the pool were slimy and had visible algae. The water was always murky. At one point a piece of fruit floated past me as I decided it was time to get out. "

"Everything 10/10 but the WiFi. Couldn’t connect most of the time. Was hard to work from the room. Had to go to a local caffe and restaurant that had better WiFi connection "

"Very nice place that could perhaps hire a few more staff members. They just seemed a little short handed in the restaurant/bar and at the front desk. But the food is amazing. The pool is super nice...there are actually 2 pools on the rooftop. The staff they do have are amazing and very helpful. I just had an incident where I had trouble getting into the garage. And another time I went down to the front desk to ask for some ice and I waited for about 15 minutes. No one ever showed up so I went back to my room. And one other time trying to get a drink at the rooftop bar. I waited for awhile then went downstairs to notify the restaurant staff no one was at the bar. I finally got my drinks but it took too long. I believe I saw them interviewing people so maybe they will get fully staffed and these things won't happen anymore. Again, the staff they do have are amazing! Overall a very nice experience and I would stay here again. "

"Great spot for the whole family! Kids club for 3-4 years old along with one for 5-10 year olds. Water park is great for all ages Buffet has limited options but the rest of the food was fantastic The shows were less than great but the older kids do get to take part in one of them which was cute"
