The pool area were impeccably maintained, and we loved how easy it was to relax with drinks delivered right to our loungers. Whether we wanted to explore Cancun or simply unwind, the location was ideal—close enough to everything, yet peaceful and serene. We can’t recommend Avani Hotel Cancun highly enough. "First time at Moon palace! We enjoyed our time here..the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was always so friendly and helpful. One thing I would like to have more was for the dining especially breakfast was to have more choice such a beef or turkey protein. As a family who doesn’t eat pork we would appreciate that. "

"Clean hotel. Fresh room. Not a lot of hotels offer continental breakfast and this one did and very good breakfast, different options for all appetites. Nice cafeteria area that a lot of people can fit and eat comfortably. Love it and highly recommend it. We only needed it for 1 night for a flight delay but was perfect and they offer transportation to the airport. Great service. Our driver was on time. "
