The property is well maitained and clean. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. I found the buffet ok, not great , but it did have variety. There are many bars and the bartenders are great, whether you want a coxtail or a moxtail, lol. Overall the experience was very good and I would recommend staying there. All the restaurants had to have a reservation which was hard to do. You could also only make one reservation per room a day. Staff was friendly but kinda few and far between. Service at restaurants was mediocre at best. Drink refills were non existent and it was really disappointing compared to other resorts in the Cancun area. Great food and pools. Hotel is very clean. Wife and a few friends did get sick on the trip but back to health in a day.
