Our room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife every day. We got way more than expected for a budget friendly vacation there are drivers that go around and pick you up to take you around the resort we interacted with Moses he is from Belize but calls mexico home he was a real pleasure he stopped to say hello every time he saw us we will definitely be back

We loved the animals around the hotel! From our balcony, we saw several monkeys, and throughout the hotel grounds we saw deers and iguanas. Our baby loves animals, so this made the stay extra special for her. The hotel was also the perfect place to stay while visiting Xcaret Park.

Buffett was really bad. Dinners that you booked at the restaurants were good, thank goodness.. pool bar had only 1 bartender at a busy pool. Beach bar was better. Overall 3/5 and that was because the wildlife was so cool!

Everything was good. The beach was clean as well as the pools. The gym was also good. Morning walks around the property were great. We got to see lots of animals during our stroll. The only thing that could be better would be dinner buffet. They should have a better selection and or have someone clean it. Kinda messy too Other than than that hotel was great.

We absolutely loved the resort after booking reading a few reviews. We were worried, but everything was amazing. The massage was heaven, the rooms. The people that atmosphere was phenomenal. We did not wanna go home already making plans to come back. The only thing I’ll say is the food at the buffet is OK the food at the restaurant is phenomenal so I do recommend making reservations for dinner for the restaurants. The snack bar was phenomenal. For my experience it was a 10 out of 10! This hotel did an amazing job with the atmosphere and everything around it. Don’t read all the negative remarks. Come see it for yourself.
