"A charming little hotel close to everything Staff friendly and helpful"

"Resort was clean, fun and entire staff was great. Lots of fun times at the pool. Gym was also great. There were 10 of us traveling - and we all agreed the staff, entertainment, bartenders, wait staff and overall amenities were awesome. Note if you are looking for a great beach, this is not the place (but we are not big beach people, so it worked for us) and there are only 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner, without paying more for food experience),"

"Ok"

"シャワーがちゃんと出なかったり、トイレの水もちゃんと流れない。夜は水道が使えなくなる"

"The location was awesome. Close to everything including the beach. All within a short walking distance."

"Lo único malo pero ya se sabe ruido intenso hasta tarde pero si tienes sueño pesado o vas de fiesta no importa peeeeero sino es terrible opcion"

"Amazing"

"Fantastic hosts, in the heart of the bar, shopping, pedestrian district, stones throw from the beach, property is like an oasis from the bustle of the street. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!"

"The staff is not really friendly the balcony was ground level and they had most of the lights, hot tub is for a single person and plus they had no ice machine in the facility might as well book a hostel"

"Todo bien con la habitación. Excelente opción por el costo. Tiene una ubicación muy buena, a un lado hay un mercado en donde puedes desayunar por muy buen precio."

"Very nice"

"Was booked into try Beach house but when the taxi dropped me it was locked and all lights off. I received no notification of this and it was close to midnight by the time I arrived. I went to the other hotel which wasn’t easy to find on maps. They upgraded me to a suite but it wasn’t the beach I expected. The area is in the heart of Playa del Carmen and wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to unwind. The fire alarm went off one night with no explanation as well."

"Rude and belittling, bordering on elder abuse. They will be receiving legal correspondence from my attorney, who i will retain immediately upon returning to Texas. I will never spend another dime in Mexico. Ever. They will lose more customers than me given the adolescent intimidation factors used by the night manager. He made aggressive gestures towards me. The kind that men use to challenge each other to a fight. Im a 60 yr old woman."

"Un buen lugar"

"Good location to shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. View is good. Room is very spacious with kitchenette and sitting area. Please note that the beachfront is not a walkout beach. You can sit and watch the sunrise and relax by the sound of waves."
