"This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!"

"Such a lovely cozy property with kind owners/staff. Campus cat very friendly and we loved to pet her on the way to the room. Very secure. Close to main road for easy access to local shops/restaurants/parks. Supermarket around the corner for cheaper options. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

Chose this hotel because of its easy access by car. 10 minutes drive from Playa Fundadores, where the main action is. Perfect Hotel if you rent a car and explore By yourself the Mayan region. Nearby everything (shops, 7/11, food), and close enough to the beach/fifth avenue without being too loud. Staff were kind and rooms were cleaned daily.
