However, it may be challenging to find a pool chair after 10am. The spa is well-maintained, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Specific staff members, including Alfredo, Gricelda, and Lupe, provided attentive service. Although the staff are very helpful, the smaller size of the resort means that food options are limited. Those with simple eating preferences might find themselves eating the same meals daily. Despite this, the restaurant staff are wonderful and the food quality is good. The buffet provides a variety of options, and the sports bar stands out for its excellent service. The bar features multiple screens showing NHL and NBA playoffs, and the food is delicious.
