The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the big shady area (palm trees)at the beach. The buffet is huge and the food is really good. The “coffee shop” has good iced coffees. First time staying at Sandos Playacar, definitely would come back. Resort was beautiful, beach was great. The girls at the Guest Experience (especially Zyanya) were amazing. They helped us book all dinner reservations while we waited for room to be ready. Also helped us to upgrade our room from a Family Junior Suite to an Adults Only Select room as these were closer to the beach and adult pool. The food was delicious, definitely recommend El Gaucho Steakhouse

Sandos Playacar was an amazing all inclusive place to stay at! The food was very good and staff members Melisa, Zyanya, Majo, and Mar were very excellent! They reserved all of our dinner places for us and we had a big party, they did a good job at accommodating all of us. The whole place was spotless and super clean. Staff was amazing alway there if you need something. Pool area and pool was great but always had difficulties getting seats for four people. Had to get up and down there by 6 am to save seats of which is very disturbing if you want to sleep in past six. Lots for choices to drink as well.

I had a great room in the adults only section and loved it! The resort seems huge so there is a lot of walking but the adults section was pretty central. I do wish that adults only pool had the swim up bar and music playing like the family pool. Resort was clean and the staff was friendly. I did arrive to the resort pretty late and the restaurants were all closed. I ordered room service and it took probably 10-15 minutes to get through. Once finally ordered, I believe my food took 45 mins to arrive. I hit the buffet and the taco place for meals and loved everything!

Everything was wonderful. Service is great. Food is excellent. Our room was clean and and the grounds were kept up very nice. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Beach is great. Love the place. Will stay again:)
