"While we had issues with the overall customer services at the hotel, we wish to point out that Aldemir - Supervisor at the lobby bar - was superb. He was very attentive and made sure that we received the attention we came to expect from your hotel. If fact, he visited us at the Italian restaurant and the Steak House just to check in on us."

"We took our first family vacation with our kids and grandkids to Dreams Riviera Maya. It was a wonderful place to take our family. Resort was lovely, rooms were clean, mold free and always had hot water, comfy beds, the evening entertainment was excellent and enjoyed by all in our party. We especially loved the convenience of all of the pools. The kid pool was a big hit with the littles. The restaurants were great other than the buffet as the food was usually cold. The staff, with the exception of the Batefoot grill were friendly and provided great service. The only suggestion would be to offer more kid/family entertainment such as evening family dancing, games, pajama movie nights, etc. I would to totally recommend Dreams RM. June 2025"

"This is an awesome all inclusive resort, everyone is so welcoming, helpful and kind! We had a great 9 day vacation! Dining options at the 3 resorts are exceptional, installations are luxurious and comfortable at its best. Plenty of pools, bars, shows and activities all day long! The only downside is the beach but with your stay you get the opportunity to go to the other sister hotels at the hotel zone to enjoy a better beach at no cost."

"Great stay, staff are helpful, friendly and there to ensure you just have a good time! They kept the resort clean and my room was always up to par. The restaurants were very good and I enjoyed the entertainment. Only down side is they are under construction so areas were closed. The Buffett food is bland and needs seasoning. And lastly there are no clocks in the room so there is no way to know the time at a glance or ways to set an alarm outside the phone or having a morning wake up call. Outside of those small things everything else is amazing "
