"Hilton is ok for a 1 night stay to catch an early flight or to maximize your time at your all-inclusive Staff at front desk are professional. Don’t recommend using hotel shuttle. Driver was rude and demanded a tip. Better off crossing street and walking to terminal and using the free inter-terminal shuttle to get to terminal 4. You can easily walk to terminal 2 or 3."

"Love this spot. There seems to be a lot of complaints, but the value here is great. No coffee maker, we bring a small single serve. I also recommend bring a Roku or similar streaming device. The grocery store is in walking distance. The pool isn’t circulated, so sometimes rain brings in debris. Plenty of loungers and there is a bar and restaurant right next door on the beach. Overall I think the value here is much greater than an all inclusive."

"Close to airport. Staff spoke very little English. Led to some confusion with the free transportation shuttle. Restaurant staff was not very attentive. Had to have front desk find someone that worked there. Sky bar was closed. "

"This is a great little lower budget hotel in the perfect location! A few block from 5th Ave and directly across from an amazing park with performances and vendors set up on the weekends. Loved the Mexican charm decor. The rooftop bar and pool were delightful. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast spot is also the best place for sangria in town. Only downside, no outlets to charge phones/iPads etc. (had to take turns charging in the bathroom) Overall would stay here again."

"Everything was awesome. The only thing to suggest is that the buffet menu be a little more diverse each day. I think towards the end of our 6th day, it changed a bit. Other than that, the staff was awesome. The other negative thing and not so bad, was the pressing of the hotel chain to view a presentation. "

"Este hotel es muy bueno ea un hotel con las 3b. Aparte que las habitaciones es como si estuvieras en tu propio condo y el precio es increiblemente bueno. Tambien esta contiguo a la 5ta avenida y tienes la playa a pasos. El parqueo es first come firat served perp esta preciosisimo! Me fascina y el desayuno esta incluido lo cual es un plus. "

"Was checked in after going to the other hotel very confused because both have similar name web page is same . This bigger hotel has no hot water and more noise at night then the smaller one on 5 th . I like the smaller cleaner has hot water . "

"The location of the hotel is great, in a more quiet part of the fifth street, very close to good restaurants and beach. The staff is generally great, except for the breakfast team. Unfortunately the breakfast is not great at all, very limited, and the breakfast staff is flat-out rude and have no standards for service. Would not recommend to pay extra for daily breakfast, the hotel should focus more on the rooms and guest service instead of trying to upsell breakfast, if this is not a priority."
