"El servicio y atención del personal es increíble, te hacen sentir en casa, pero no está padre que si vas en un grupo grande no en todos los restantes te permitan sentarse juntos, el hotel cubre todas las necesidades, no es lujoso pero si está muy padre para pasar unos días increíbles"

"Trato amable, cordial y respetuoso de todo el personal"

"What I liked the most: -The "nature" vibes of the hotel. Feels like you're in a "mini jungle". My 4 year old enjoyed walking and seeing different types of tropical habit animals. I liked the proximity to Xcaret park. Shows/activities were fun and even though my child did not want to stay at the kids club, I heard great things. What I disliked the most: Compared to other resorts I've been, the service was not the best though. In other similar resorts, they have servers coming to you all the time...

"Hated the buffet. No selections only Mexican style gourmet. That is not way do business. Not everyone like Mexican food. The internet was terrible in my room. Also they didn’t accommodate my kind size bed. Gave me double beds. Why? I asked for kind size bed."

"It is our second time staying here. Did not disappoint. The staff and cleanliness of the properties, amazing. The food is some of the best at any resort I’ve ever had. I’ve been to at least eight in Mexico nothing tops the RUI."

"Location, restaurants, bars, atmosphere. Whole experience, outstanding."
