"Room was a disaster. Drains in room did not work called for service everyday I was there. The drain in sink was fixed day 3 along with the shower handheld component. However, shower drain never was fixed and we had a flood in the room that reached out to the beds. My kids were showering and didn’t realize that it was overflowing on the fourth day. We called to complain someone came out and tested and said it was fine. I was told it was fixed so the fifth day they didn’t pay attention to it assuming it was fixed. Well, it certainly was not and just a bad flood all over again. The hotel did not want to compensate us in any way. "

"Overall the resort was really wonderful! The food is good there’s a reasonable amount of choices at the buffet. The restaurants are very difficult to get in to, so use the app before you arrive to schedule à la carte dinners. The spa was wonderful and they were very attentive and caring. Would definitely come again! "

"Loved every thing! Beautiful resort, nice dining options. Great staff! My only complaint is about the actual room: The rooms could use a bit of updating. It would also be nice to have one room with two queen beds. I travel often with my adult son. The options are twin beds or a king bed with a couch bed. The couch bed was terrible, did not open and sub par for such a wonderful resort. Even so, I would go again! Everything else is wonderful. "

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."

"Would highly recommend. We’ve stayed at many resorts in Mexico and this one exceeded our expectations. We wanted the higher end all inclusive feel but with more lush greenery. The staff was top notch and attentive to our every need - more than i was expecting but it was incredibly helpful. Every member of the staff would stop what they were doing to show us directions to a restaurant, give us tips on the area, etc. Every "
