From the moment you enter you are greeted with care. Highly recommended booking “The Club” Rooms as you do have access to certain amenities around the resort. We had an amazing butler Rafael who always was attentive to our needs and kept us informed about daily events and reservations for restaurants that he had made for us and it was seamless. Overall I wish we would’ve stayed longer but highly recommend. Food was delicious try the steakhouse , hibachi and mexican! Only downfall personally is if you are in a bigger group prepare to wait a little longer for your drinks even if they’re just shots.

The entrance is not at all “grand”. Old furniture in the lobby. Old and sometimes dirty furniture in the restaurants. We were assigned a butter and didn’t see him once after we checked in for the remainder of our 7 day stay.
