Staff were super sweet and helpful! I would definitely stay here again if I just want to get away without breaking the bank. The reason for my 4 stars is the amount of sales people trying to get you to join their membership program, sale you a massage, sale you jewelry on property…etc. The food and drinks are mediocre and the “all inclusive” package is very confusing since quite a bit is not included. Theres a “Starbucks” thats not included, theres top shelf alcohol not included and every restaurant has a list of not included items. I just wanted to relax and this trip served its purpose.

The staff was amazing the food was amazing the location amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cancun. The only negative thing I would add is that it’s really not all inclusive you have to pick that option so make sure you read the details because I didn’t know that and once I got there it wasn’t all inclusive I had to actually pay for the upgrade so read the fine print

I love the location of the property, it is close to Coco Bongo. Food was just mediocre in the resort. The beach front is nice, however, the breeze smells fishy. My room was decent and it was comfortable. I like the vibe in the hotel, it’s lively and fun. Overall, would pick this hotel esp. if I need to have my Coco Bongo experience!

Stayed at Krystal Cancun and the biggest highlight was the location. You’re literally steps from the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. On top of that, it’s right in the middle of the nightlife—clubs, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you’re looking for convenience and a lively atmosphere, this spot is hard to beat.
