"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

"Loved the grounds, pretty big resort, could walk quite a bit. Loved the food, beach cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, no standing in line at restaurants. Really liked that we could snorkel at the resort. Some complain that there are rocks at the beach, but that's exactly what gave as the chance do a lot of snorkeling. Huge pools, always available lounges. Great resort."

Lots of pools and they have 2 small water parks for kids which was awesome since I traveled with kids. Right outside the resort they had an OXXO which was very convenient and cheap for everything. My _only_ very mild criticism was that the dinner and activity reservation system - which runs through your building concierge - was kind of cumbersome… I spent a good chunk of each morning administering reservations, which was not very relaxing. But that was a blip on the radar and probably the best way to handle logistics for a resort of this size.
Staff were universally cheerful and helpful-without exception.
The property is beautiful.
Food and entertainment were lovely.
