"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. "What an amazing 8 days in paradise. I can truly say this was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. Francisco, the waiter in the buffet made sure me and my family were taken care of. He was so thoughtful, caring, and respectful. This man truly made our meals special. There were not waits for the buffet. The food in the specialty restaurants were mediocre. The buffet was good. "I’m sitting here at my desk on a Tuesday morning drinking my burnt coffee dreaming of Secrets. I miss it so much already and it’s only been 3 days since we left. Secrets is outstanding. If you are looking for a luxury all inclusive this is the place. For example my fiancé was in the pool and one of the kind gentleman waiters asked if he could clean his sunglasses for him. That moment stood out as a true sign of how much they go over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable and like you are truly on vacation barely having to lift a finger. The resort is big and easy to get lost but when you do get lost there is beauty and nature around every corner. We snorkeled with the turtles and swam in the ocean where they worked tirelessly to get rid of the seaweed. The food is top notch , the breakfast buffet is what dreams are made of. I could go on and on. Just book the trip I promise you won’t regret it. Special shout out to our concierge Fernando for taking such good care of us

"My kids love Karla in the Kid's Club. I love how friendly everyone is and the renovated room we got in building 3. The sargassum is a problem right now, and there are some renovations causing some noise at the main pool. Also, the gym is currently closed for renovations as well, but the hotel still has the best snorkeling right off the beach that I've seen. "
