"The property is amazing, great plant life and animals life. It is well cared for. The staff at the resort are super helpful and friendly. Roman at the pool snack bar went above and beyond everyday. Russell in the Oriental restaurant was great. The pool bar featured three amazing bartenders - Victor, Jose, and Selma. Our cleaner for the week was Consuela. She did an awesome job and helped out with a problem I had, which she was able to solve. Thank you to all staff which defiantly made the stay great. Food was OK, we found items that we liked at each meal, but it underwhelming. The room was great. The pools were amazingly clean and refreshing. "

"Everything was excellent, staff great service , food is delicious and the hotel is beautiful room clean and always fresh. I think the only problem was our safe, but that was about it, we loved the service from Jose from the sunrise bar and Luis from the pool bar. Luis from hibachi did a great job as well. Honestly the entire staff was great made us feel pampered all our stay."

"Upgraded to Prestige level. Experience was beyond what I expected. Our butler, Juan, was very attentive to our needs. Anything we needed he was there to assist with-just a phone call away. The extras you receive with the upgrade are wonderful. You made us feel like special guests. The Prestige restaurant was magnificent. Every meal we had there was excellent. "The place is amazing, perfect for a family trip with our toddler. The whole place is clean and the service all around is amazing from the entrance, to the pool area, to the spa. The Spa by the way is a must try, we tried the couples massage and we recommend 110%. The food is amazing, all the restaurants are great and the drinks are also great, by the way their coffee and their coffee stand is amazing. The only thing I didnt love are the covers on the beds, nothing wrong with them in general I usually jus tlike heavier blankets, hubby and kid didnt mind them at all and they slept great, me not so much, would deifnitely ask for newer comforter. "
