We’ve been coming back to this resort every year for the past 4 years, and it never disappoints. We truly love everything about this place! The property is beautifully maintained and always spotless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The food is excellent, with a large variety of delicious options for everyone. The property itself is large, beautiful, and has a changing schedule of events every day (Ceviche cooking class, ice bath sessions, painting etc) which keeps every day fresh and interesting. From the moment you step foot onto the resort the staff are consistently polite and attentive. We were greeted and shown around by Judith and Antonio who were both incredible. The activities often were run by Bryan, Gisel, Lizbeth and Nereysa, who were all super warm and helpful. Not to mention Raquel, who went above and beyond to assist us in reservations, activities, and keeping us up to date with new information. Among a sea of incredible workers, they really went above and beyond and made the trip that much better. The only minor blemish was the amount of extra fees (for example- specific flavours of drinks costing extra, separate menus with paid options that could’ve been included in the normal menu, laundry etc). Other than that, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday with top notch service.
