"It is a very beautiful resort, unfortunately they seemed to miss the mark on bathroom placement around the resort, most bathrooms you needed to either go up some stairs or down some stairs to get to them, the bathroom below the snack bar has three stalls in the ladies but one was out of order the entire time. The lobby bar is also down some stairs outside ( not anywhere near the lobby) very odd, the adult section pool would have been better if they actually had the bar open there, ( it has not...

"Great location!!"

"The hotel and service are Excellent friendly people."

"Clean room Staffs kindly"

"Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Leider war der strandabschnitt nicht verfügbar. Das Hotel hatte jeden Tag zahlreiche sportprogramme und kreative Aktivitäten."

"The staff are what makes Valentin so special! Yes, the rooms and the grounds are beautiful and the food is outstanding, but the staff are the shining stars! At Mar Tierra there’s the manager, Sam, who is amazing! The waitstaff including Albino, Abraham, Isidro, Gabino, Felipe, and Miguel are the BEST!!!! They are the reason we keep returning! This was our 13th visit to Valentin!"

"I didn’t like to be forced to listen about a time share when we first arrived, just wanted to get To theroom and relax. TV worked sometimes and wasn’t able to use the phone…."

"Instalaciones muy buenas y grandes, ambiente muy tranquilo, staff siempre pendiente y amable. la comida es buena, los menu a la carta son muy buenos. Únicamente la playa no es la mejor, la tratan de mantener bien, pero es limitada."

"Very good"

"It was a great property and the staff was amazing! The only negative was the construction of the neighboring property that went on all day most days and sort of ruined the sound aesthetic and the schedule of events. Some of the items didn't happen so that was a little disappointing. The food was very good and the beach was great!"

"Pienso que deberian limpiar y fulmigar las habitaciones, mi esposa llego con picaduras de pulgas de los tejones que estan por todos lados, ademas de eso dejan la.pierya abierta del restaurante jhal lal de la playa y esos animales se meten y caminan y lamben todos esos utensilios de cocina... la verdad que es lo unico malo del hotel, si usted va a ir a ese resort seria mejor q este preparado para convivir en sus vacaciones con este tipo de animales.."

"Was booked into try Beach house but when the taxi dropped me it was locked and all lights off. I received no notification of this and it was close to midnight by the time I arrived. I went to the other hotel which wasn’t easy to find on maps. They upgraded me to a suite but it wasn’t the beach I expected. The area is in the heart of Playa del Carmen and wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to unwind. The fire alarm went off one night with no explanation as well."

"Enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. Great happy hour and bar staff"

"Great time"

"Amazing resort. Highly recommend the Maya over the other lower tier hotels in the compound as you get access to them/their amenities as well as their restaurants. Food was 10/10 at the buffet, restaurants, and small stores in the shopping mall. Large and fun pool area. Beautiful setup on the beach, lots of lounge chairs, a bar, and food bar as well. Mangrove walkways, and all other walkways across the compound are beautiful. Clean bathrooms in all the common areas. Beautiful lobby area, golf...

"We had an awesome time at Hyatt Zilara. The staff is excellent and super friendly. They have an awesome coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. The breakfast buffet is good. Food was to be as expected at an all inclusive resort. The Asian restaurant and the hibachi was the best. Pool is nice and large. Special shout out to Michelle the pool concierge and Lucero, the barista (both sweet ladies) who made our stay so pleasant! Thank you all, for the amazing job you do every single day!!"
