"Our family enjoyed our stay very much. We liked all of the dining options. The ocean this time of year is basically off limits due to the seaweed, but the pools are huge. The only draw back we have is the persistence of the salespeople to sign up for their "one hour" tour of the facility to sell you a time share like package. We were thoroughly exhausted from our morning of travel and during check in they push you to sign up for a time to do the tour. I tried expressing that we were very tired and would like to think about it and let them know. They still put us down for a time the next day. So, be prepared to have them really try to get you to sign up on your arrival. Otherwise, it was fantastic! "

"This was my second time at one of the princess resorts, first was grand sunset. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very attentive to our needs. There wasn’t a second where they didn’t go above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. "

"This is our second stay at this resort and we will be back again! There isn’t much of a beach/ocean experience on property in the summer, but it doesn’t bother us any. The buffet is really good. We actually prefer to eat there for most meals. My only wish is that the Mexican section would be bigger! I think the resort might be surprised at how happy guests would be with a more authentic, expansive area in the buffet for street tacos and basic Mexican cuisine. The 8:30am line for the Japanese Steakhouse is a bit obnoxious, but there are so many other options we chose to forego it. The morning reservation process through the app is very easy! We have stayed at other resorts that fill up for reservations in the first 5 minutes, but this was never a problem. Joes coffee is a gem! Samantha is the best. She remembered my coffee order every day and was so sweet. Do NOT pass up the chewy chocolate cookies in here. Miguel at the Daisy pool bar is a hard worker! He kept our drinks full and good times flowing. We spent each day at this pool as it was convenient for our kid to play at the water park too. Kids club was a little more aimed towards younger kids. The staff was really sweet and welcoming but our 9 year old boy got a little bored. The family lounge next door was a huge hit! We made friends with some other families and the kids all loved hanging out there. The bowling situation is a bit confusing, but shows are fantastic! We love it here! "

"We were genuinely impressed! We have been to many resorts and truthfully this was one of our favourites! I have a life threatening allergy to some foods and they were so helpful! The chefs even came out to meet me and they made an allergy card! I was truly grateful! The food was awesome! We also loved snorkelling and renting a golf cart! So fun!!!! The only thing we didn't like is that we paid good money for two rooms of equal value ( the second one for our adult kids). The second room was not nearly as nice as our first one ( even though it cost the same). The door wouldn't lock and it was clearly a lower scale room. We requested a change and they said we would be without a room for most the day ( between 11am and 3) in order to swap, so we settled. Other than that, the resort was amazing!!!"

"Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were exceptional. Special shout out to Alejandro at the pool. We went with a group of 16 and always made sure we had what we needed throughout the day and made our experience great."
