I have a King sized bed and a huge, tiled bath tub with a rain forest shower. The swimming pool is excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional. "

"This was our second time staying at El Cid. It is a great place for snorkeling, employees are nice, the menu was good, property is clean. The only problem we had was the sewage in our room, which they moved us to a different room and we were very happy with. I wish the breakfast had more options. "

"Resort is well taken care of overall, clean and strong wi-fi throughout, even on the beach where the beach chairs were, which was impressive. All the pools & hot tub were nicely laid out and maintained. Negatives: the bikes weren't well maintained. My chain came off after riding 15mins, luckily I was able to get it back on and not have to walk back. Felt very safe riding in that neighborhood, there's even a few souvenir shopping areas right outside the resort. Minor gripes: Our balcony light was...
