"No me gustó que la habitación no tenía agua caliente por una falla conocida por ellos, perdí tiempo y llegar a reunión a tiempo esperando que se solucionara, al final cambiaron la habitación.. desafortunadamente en la mañana siguiente falló también el sistema de aire acondicionado de manera general en el hotel, con el calor de Playa del Carmen 😞,, nos hicieron favor de proporcionar un ventilador.. pero definitivamente no es lo que esperas de un hotel de esta cadena…"
