An excellent stay and highly recommended for those trying to be low key on vacation not too crowded on our stay which was nice, missed whale sharks by a couple days but would recommend doing that if your into it, cenotes are a must for your full experience! If your looking to eat off the resort highly suggest ARKA it definitely is expensive but absolutely worth the experience. When booking here if you want most bang for buck I suggest the privileged romance suite, comes with a 30min couples massage and custom romantic dinner either on the beach or in the restaurant. Definitely will be coming back.

The staff was absolutely amazing, so attentive and accommodating. It was adults only, which is always fantastic. The food was good and the drinks were on point. Now the facility ... so wonderfully unique. I love an eco resort and the animals were beautiful, so stinking adorable. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We stayed for seven days, six nights and I leave with a heavy heart; leaving such an extraordinary resort and wonderful experience. The views are beautiful, the food was delicious and the pool and beach were refreshing. The staff were so lovely they made you feel like family. Special shoutout to Angeles who made me feel so cared for. I would 100% recommend this resort to everyone because you will experience true luxury and care during your stay. Absolutely marrvelous experience.

Great meals, very helpful and kind staff members, clean surroundings, clean rooms, good choices of restaurants for dinner. The downside is that for an all inclusive Adult resort, it seemed to die down before midnight - literally lights out! No bars, nothing!! And the choice of drinks in the rooms was not the greatest, it would help to have at least a few little bottles of spirits rather than just beers.

This was our second time at Catalonia. We had a wonderful vacation. Only thing we weren’t aware of was the change in the mini bar. The only alcohol available in the room is beer. Staff and services were great.

Overall we had a great stay and met a lot of people. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The few complaints we had were the food is probably a 5 out of 10 and the property only has 1 pool and it was pretty warm and not very refreshing to get in. Also, the buffet closes at 3:30pm which isn’t like any other all inclusive resort I’ve been to. The restaurants were pretty good overall.

My first time visiting this hotel and definitely I will come back... I went to celebrate my birthday and I love the attention. Quetzabel was very friendly and lovely, at the buffet. The shows were great. To finish, I am very picky person with the food, and I can say that every restaurant in the hotel offer a really good food; I really like all of them but my favorite was the Mexican.

It was such a great experience. The staff was truly amazing, the food was great, the pool was clean. Room service was amazing they came in a few times a day. The men at the catamaran boat helped my fiancé propose out on the water. Everything was amazing! We will definitely be returning.
