"We went with a large group of the adults and teens and had a great time! Checking in was slow and took longer than I expected. We spent most of our time by the pool as the beach is very rocky. The food at the buffets isn’t good-very bland, but the breakfast buffet is better than lunch and dinner. ..."

"I absolutely loved this resort. I thought it was an amazing value for the price. The privileged upgrade was absolutely worth it for the Bloved restaurant and bar. Service was amazing everywhere. The one thing I will say is that the AC could have been better, but hey, you're in Tulum. No complaints ..."
