"We had an amazing time on our vacation and felt instantly relaxed here. The kids had a great time, too. The resort is pristine and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was good (my favorite at the breakfast buffet was the smoked salmon and fresh fruits, Mexican coffee+ hot chocolate... And the clams on seafood night!). Be sure to try the ceviche at Oceana and the BLT at La Ronda! Great staff and activities - a nice vibe. There is something for everyone here. We will be back. They will try to sell you a timeshare so be aware of that."

"The beach was a bit eroded no fault of the hotel but for Playa Del Carmen it was probably the best choice. The beach walkout rooms are the best for sure. "

"A true gem! I went there with my friend and it was our first trip to Mexico and to an all inclusive resort. We were pleasently surprised with everything : the room, the facilities, the organization, the food , the staff, shops/spa/hairsalon/pharmacy on place… and so more It was worth everyminute and every penny!
