Rooms musty smell, but for a humidifier helped . Quiet in the evenings . Theatre was nice . Cons: The beach . Horrible . Rocky , sargassum. Workers worked so hard cleaning & raking . Huge resort . Walk+. Train need more frequent . Pools : clean beautiful . Spit out to bartenders/waitresses. Bring lots of sun screen Security: good . Bracelet for door."

"By far truly one of the best ever all inclusive resorts! The attention to detail by all the staff makes you feel super valued. I stayed on the 5th floor ocean front and Ruben from room service was exceptional and truly exceeded any request or expectation. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Very good, we've was in paradise! But in the bathroom to sleeky floor in shower room, no magnified mirror ( hard to shave) and in the best in my memory buffet almost not possible to read very small food tags with black background. And too many wild animals."

"We loved everything! The food was outstanding, but you should make reservations before the trip. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the two hammocks on the balcony. We took advantage of the free classes- salsa dancing, watercolor, weaving, stretching. The whole property felt lush and tropical, and we had so much fun exploring down different pathways. Be sure to visit the chapel on top of the hill! The only thing that surprised us was how expensive the basic spa services were, so we skipped those but didn't miss them at all. We would go back!"
