"All staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Pools were very nice but could use a good cleaning (not once did I see cleaning happening, lots of algae and sand). Bartenders were all fantastic, loved the Mike's Coffee, Route 66, lobby entertainment and sitting area, smoothie bar and ice cream station! "

We love the buffet, Carlos( Charlie) the waiter at La Hacienda restaurant, made us feel very welcome every time we went to enjoy the delicious food, he already knew what we like to drink, our experience at the Ocean Maya Royale went beyond our expectations "
