This property was so great! I loved it!! I would give it a 9.5/10 tho only because I feel like different types of food should be served at all times of day and the bars close at like 11pm. Outside of that It was quiet on the resort and peaceful so I would still recommend staying here. Staff was amazing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Breathless Riviera Cancun! We had an amazing trip to Breathless Riviera Cancun! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The food was another highlight of our trip. The Strip Grill and the French restaurant were standouts, delivering some of our favorite meals of the vacation. Breakfast at Spoon was also excellent, making it a great way to start each day. And for coffee lovers, The Nook bar was a must-visit for a great cup of coffee. Overall, Breathless delivered an excellent combination of a beautiful property, outstanding service, and memorable dining experiences. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale all-inclusive getaway with great food and service. We would absolutely consider coming back!

The staff was amazing. They go over and above to assist with whatever you need. The entertainment was also very nice the shows were very entertaining. Food was also not bad for an allusive. I would say the Italian was my favorite breakfast buffet was also very good. Many problems I really have is with my room filled with mosquitoes. I did my best to keep all the doors closed at all times but usually after housekeeping I have tons of mosquitoes in my room. Maybe they leave the doors open while they clean? I’m not sure. Also, my air conditioner stopped working a few times I had to call maintenance and wait for somebody to show up on multiple occasions. My ceiling fan also worked up poorly, which was very uncomfortable due to the humidity in heat but overall it was a good trip, especially when you go to make memories of family. I think management needs to do something about the mosquitoes in the rooms and the maintenance of the air conditioners and ceiling fans maybe a touch of remodeling wouldn’t help either.

The food was amazing. Aaron at the pool was amazing! Very nice guy and very attentive.The entire buffet staff was great. Sergio at VIP services was awesome also. The lady who helped book the spa was so kind and so sweet, she was located outside the Mexican restaurant. Andres at Picante was very kind and suggested great drink options. Honestly the entire staff gets a 10/10. We will be back.

You cannot find a nicer staff, the food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, it was a very nice stay overall, I appreciated how the kept the noise down so not disturbing the wildlife and it was still a party. If I go back at in dec, it will be because of those things. What I did not care for was there was only one pool to use, and no place to sit around it because they had half of the area reserved for "champagne purchases" which nobody wants or used, but you couldn't sit in any of those areas unless you paid extra for it. I found it to be absolute nonsense and quite insulting, I paid for all inclusive, I tip very well, I don't drink fing champagne, I should have been guaranteed a chair by the pool. Because of that stupid gimmick I'm am looking at other resorts for my next stay.

The unfortunate part of our trip was that we were never notified that the big pool (also the quiet pool) would be under construction so everyone at breathless only had access to the small pool. Music started as early as 10:40 am and was so loud that you quite literally could not escape it if you wanted to relax. When we spoke to the front desk we were basically told too bad, and that they notified all travel agencies and that it was their (Expedia’s) responsibility, which is a lie. There is no mention of this on their website either. Finally after telling them we were going to cancel our stay, wanted a full refund, and would find another resort only then we were told we could utilize Secrets’ pool to actually relax. It felt extremely dishonest and scammy as we never would have booked had they told us we would pay full price for half the resort. I’m not sure I would go again.

Hotel stay was great. Unfortunately, the place was under construction. The other pool was closed. And the restaurants were understaffed. Hard to get in the restaurants unless you went when they first opened. Besides that, it was a great experience. It is a party resort for sure. Lots of fun!

We loved our stay at Breathless Riviera Cancun! The property is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We were a bit disappointed in the watered down cocktails and some of the restaurants are just OK. However, we had a blast and would definitely return.

Amazing all inclusive resort! About 20 min from the city and 40 min from downtown Cancun but everything you need is on site. Food and entertainment was awesome, and loved the xhale upgrades.

When booking the resort it states that there are 9 restaurants. When arriving to the resort there was only 4 restaurants available for us to visit. We went to the steakhouse which had tarp on the back of it. In the description they stated that there are 5 bars which out of the 5 one is opened until 11pm , the swim bar until 6pm. The other bar is at the club but is only available during club hours which is opened from 10pm-midnight.

When we arrived our concierge, Julio was amazing at the Exhale club check-in. One of our pools was closed for renovations, so we were allowed access to the Secrets, pool and Rosewater restaurant. At the Secrets pool, our pool side servers named Edwin and Roger were exceptional. At the Pan Asian restaurant our server Fernando was amazing as well. our server at the Rosewater during breakfast Jose was also great. Oh, and we can’t forget the cleaning staff who took care of our room, exceptional job and thank you very much.

Everything about Breathless was awesome! The food was excellent. The staff, very attentive, the drinks mmmm. I truly can not say anything bad about this place. Even the other guest were friendly. Although you come with your group, the feeling and spirits of the other guest felt no less than we were all family just there to have fun and unwind. I highly recommend it.
