"The pools and drinks are very good. The food in good, buffet was not great. Very difficult to get a straight answer for kids activities. Mis guided several times causing my 1 and 3 yo grandkids to make trips to the kids club unnecessarily because of only 1 hour time frame they could go. No one knew where the Kangaroo club was. When I did find it , no one showed there for 45 minutes after they opened, Also, rare shows in the evening without cost unless we traveled to the other resorts."
