Find Hotel with a Concierge in Playacar Fase I

"We had a great time at Playacar Palace! Room was lovely- we got an upgrade to full ocean view. Staff is amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious- my only note would be I wish the buffet was open every night, sometimes a dress up dinner is too much. Pool is fun, activity directors are great. I do wish they had more night life- things are pretty quiet by 10 pm. There was some impact from the seaweed problems in the area, but the hotel had workers/ trucks out there every morning working like crazy to clear the beach. By the end of the week it was much better. It is out of their control, unfortunately, but they are on top of it. My family went on many excursions and this is a great location for a home base for adventures- or if chilling by the pool is your thing, it’s great for that too! I feel like it’s smaller than some resorts, but I liked that! Highly recommend!"
