"This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The

in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out...

"Our beachfront suite was nicer than expected, it was literally steps to the sand and had a small balcony and good sized patio with our own lounge chairs. Air conditioning was on upon arrival so the room was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the front desk staff spoke english very well. We had a great time here."

"During my stay at the hotel, there were a few cons but overall great. One of the issues we had during our stay was getting our shower to work, as it would keep turning on and off for us (I believe because other people were trying to use the water as well). Although half of our week stay, we didn’t have too much of a problem with it. The hotel is right next to the

, it takes about 2 minutes to get there which is amazing. They also have mini markets, touristy stores, and many restaurants...
