Beautiful property, but they have some big issues. We were given keys to the wrong room, 3 of the 5 elevators weren’t working and half of the pool was closed.

We had an amazing time, rooms were clean, staff was friendly . The food was expensive so didn’t eat there. However, My 8 year old had the best time. He enjoyed the balcony view from our room as well as the arcade games and rock climbing.

Nice lazy river, not huge but considering location it was quite nice. Be prepared for lots of kiddos. The room was terrific - to be expected with a propoerty that is adjacent to the Waldorf. You can get to this property from Disney by taking the bus to animal kingdom and transfering to the Signia ...
