The bus pass to downtown banff was great. We were able to go explore and come back without having to worry about parking downtown.

The lake nearby was a big plus. Two of the 3 pools were closed. Food options were limited but having a small market onsite was convenient. The room was great! Staff was very attentive!

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...
