"It was a really nice place to relax and enjoy with your family. Room very confortables, a variety of dinner options and the staff was so kind and helpful. The only thing to mention is that Pool needs some repair"
"I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all "

He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com

"This hotel is perfect for small groups of friends. We rented two suites, both with balconies and kitchenettes, which made it feel like a home away from home. Days were spent at the private beach or rooftop pool, and evenings exploring nearby restaurants. Breakfast on-site was always fresh and filling. The location made it easy to balance relaxation and nightlife. "

"Overall, the experience was great! Here are a couple of things that need attention:
1. Safety- On 8/24, a group of men knocked on our door. When I answered, one of them in a RIU shirt with no nametag said in Spanish that they were there to remove a sensor. He had to use his phone to translate. When I told him and the others, "Uno momento", I called the front desk and they were sending security as there was no know workers to be doing that task. Security never arrived. We waited about an hour and then left the room. This was very uncomfortable as a woman with her 18 yo daughter.
2. During the Circus show, there was a background of 2 white girls on balance beams. I found it offensive as no one in the show was white and there were no balance beams. It would be more appropriate to have a background of the ocean or a circus tent.
3. Food - there were not a lot of selections at the restaurants, and it was even more challenging for me given my food restrictions. This could definitely be improved.

"The resort is keep very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I specifically love the attention me and my family got by Alvin at the buffet restaurant. He was just great. The food overall was actually pretty good with alot of variety. The only complaint is the beach which was full of algae due to the season. Although the hotel staff did their best to clean it out. Overall, I would highly recommend the resort. "
