"Overall we had an excellent stay. We traveled as three couples. Check in was fairly easy everyone was extra nice. The only issue for me with that process was that there are NO elevators to get to your room. 👀👀👀 as someone with back issues it was a deal breaker to have to trek to the third floor several times a day. With a little maneuvering they found me the same category room on the second level (romance suite). The butler meets you at checkin. Our butler Norielis was top notch…EXCELLENT. She handled all wants and needs expeditiously. From dinner reservations to decorating our rooms for our special occasions she was on her job. She provided birthday cakes…champagne…arranged shuttles between resorts helped arrange excursions and much more…she gets a 10 out of 5 🙌 If you had any question you could just text her. She also texted every day with the list of entertainment and happenings for the day. The beach had beautiful clear water and plenty of loungers. The pool with the pool bar was okaaaay but there weren’t any loungers left really if you got out there after early morning even though there were no where near as many people in the pool. so swimup rooms are much better. The beach hut grill Was VERY good…very tasty shrimp, fish fingers and grilled steak. For me the rest of the restaurants were just okay the food was just blah with the exception of the Argentenia restaurant. The food was really tasty there. We would definitely go back again…we had a great time! "

"The Gym area need a huge update…!! Machines are old and some are broken, also when you do presentation do it as quickly as possible, do you have to understand that we are there for vacation and relaxation, we dont want to spend over 1 hr trying to sell us the membership, btw is good but you have to go straight to the point. Overall is a good resort with nice crew."
