"This trip was exactly what I needed to disconnect and relax, and Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was the perfect place to do it. I stayed for 4 nights, and from the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. I was greeted with a refreshing towel and a glass of champagne, then taken to the exclusive Preferred Club check-in area. I always felt welcomed thanks to the friendliness of the staff. I especially want to highlight Alfredo my butler, who was incredibly attentive throughout my stay. He kept me updated on daily activities, restaurant hours, and quickly helped with anything I needed. I did notice a few small details that could be modernized in the room but everything worked just fine. The maintenance team cleaned the pool daily, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping staff were also very kind always asking if I needed anything. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. The overall vibe of the resort is perfect for relaxing it’s peaceful but still has activities available if you want to participate without feeling overwhelming. A highlight of my stay was the amazing service from María Nelly, who served drinks at the Showtime Bar during the nightly shows. She was always smiling, quick, and made everyone in her section feel welcome. You could tell she truly loves what she does. I also want to recognize Luis J. from the entertainment team he was always bringing great energy and positive vibes to every activity. Definitely the life of the party! "

"An excellent place, all the staff very friendly and attentive, very comfortable rooms, quality beach service. My only suggestion is perhaps to add smoking areas, since on several occasions we had to share closed-off spaces with air conditioning and people smoking. I found it a bit unpleasant. I recommend Zel as a good place for vacation."
