We stayed at “TRS Turquesa “. What I liked most of my stay is the butler they give you when you check in. They help you get reservations and they also send the daily itinerary. Edward was great.

TRS is Adult Only and is on the same property as The Grand Pallidum. The Butler service was a nice added touch and you have access to the other 3 resorts in site. If your looking for top-shelf liquor well TRS is for you! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and inviting. The pools saved me from the DR heat.

Resort was super clean, staff were very friendly, amenities wonderful. Do not skip the spa; the hydrotherapy circuit was so relaxing. We would absolutely return. Skip the tour they offer at the beginning of your stay, it is a sales pitch for an expensive travel club that takes several hours.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING, the entire resort is connected so don’t feel confined to one hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and so sweet! Beach wasn’t able to swim in because of the seaweed but it was gorgeous. Only thing, the food is not the best. The Italian restaurant was by far the best food we were able to enjoy. Will recommend for a relaxing vacay!
