Everything was perfect at the resort! I was so happy with the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Caramelo, Happy Boy, the DJ, the hostess, All the staff are very nice and hard working people. The food was really good, all the activities they had are so nice. We will be back next year.

Really nice place to take your family and enjoy beautiful beach. Stuff was amazing never been at the resort where workers would entertain all the guests by dancing and playing games with them. Buffet was good everyone will find something to their liking. I do recommend making reservations to the restaurants same day you arrive.

We had a great time everything as expected. The restaurants were good nothing great but you needed reservations which at times was hard to make unless you were part of the privileged club and I was not. I love the coffee shop opened till 11 pm and the entertainment was ok something to do after dinner while the kids got ice cream. Definitely will go back but not without kids as I would want more elegance and luxury if I was 2 adults.

The grounds are very nice. Staff always super friendly. The room was very comfortable. The food to die for. Best part was the adventure with the Buggy's...the cave with the river and the beach. It was my first visit and I will definitely be back. The large pool and swim-up bar was great. Shopping was great too.

Was there for 7 days had very bad experience on our first dinner at the buffet couldn’t get water or red on the table they keep on walking back and forth but not helping any body it was bad but after that night we started seating on a different location and it was nothing but great service , the food is very very good can’t wait to get back

I stayed from Sunday the 19th through Thursday the 26th. Everything was wonderful overall, but I want to especially highlight the service provided by the entire staff—specifically their hospitality and attentiveness. Victor was always helpful, assisting us with restaurant reservations and other matters. I recommend Ocean Blue & Sand 100 percent.
