Our butler Noriellis, handled everything for us and made our stay incredibly stress free and enjoyable. She went out of her way to go above and beyond and it truly meant so much to us. She made our anniversary so incredibly special! The staff across the board are absolutely wonderful and so friendly. Their attitude and positivity really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Dont miss the Chic Cabaret! It truly is such an exrience and the performances are beyond words. We are looking forward to going back next year!

Very nice resort. The pool area and bar near the pool were excellent. For the most part, the staff was very helpful and nice. The food at the buffet was pretty good and there was plenty of selection. We were assigned a butler when we checked in but we only heard from him once and was unable to get a hold of him when we tried. Overall I would recommend this for folks who want the all-inclusive experience without all the kids around.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this all-inclusive resort. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the property. The landscaping was meticulously maintained, with mature trees, vibrant flowers, and lush tropical scenery throughout the resort. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made our experience even better. While the food was adequate and offered a decent variety, it was fairly average compared to the overall quality of the resort. That said, the stunning property and exceptional service more than made up for it. Overall, we would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
